These terms describe use of this website and general service information. Individual projects require an agreed written scope, price, payment schedule, and delivery plan before work starts.

1. About our services

HZ Tech Solutions offers website design, landing pages, and website refresh services. Features and deliverables depend on the specific package and the written project agreement.

2. Pricing and quotations

Website packages currently start at $249 (Starter), $499 (Business), and $899 (Premium), in USD. Displayed prices are starting prices for the described scope, not binding offers. Final quotations may vary with complexity, content, functionality, and requested revisions. Basic hosting setup and deployment on a suitable free-tier platform are included with standard packages, subject to provider limits. Domain registration and renewals, paid hosting, subscriptions, taxes, and third-party services may cost extra.

3. Project approval and payments

We will confirm scope, milestones, payment method, and any deposit in writing before beginning paid work. Payment terms and due dates will be specified in the individual project agreement. Submitting an inquiry does not create an obligation to purchase.

4. Client materials and cooperation

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, text, logos, images, approvals, and lawful rights to use supplied content. Delays in receiving necessary materials or feedback may affect timelines.

5. Revisions and changes

Starter includes one revision round, Business includes two, and Premium includes three, within the agreed scope. Additional features, major redesigns, or revisions outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote and schedule.

6. Delivery and launch

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. We test agreed functionality before handover, but availability and performance may depend on hosting and third-party providers. Client approval may be required before public launch.

7. Intellectual property

Clients retain rights to materials they provide. Ownership or licensing of final website files, custom code, design assets, and third-party materials will be set out in the individual project agreement. Third-party fonts, images, libraries, and services remain subject to their respective licenses.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, refunds, and payment for work already performed will be determined by the written project agreement and applicable law. We will explain these terms before accepting a deposit.

9. No guaranteed business outcomes

We aim to deliver websites matching agreed specifications. We do not guarantee search-engine rankings, sales, customer leads, revenue, or uninterrupted operation.
